I made this for my bf,Jeff's co-workers for tomorrow (friday)
It's french toast cupcakes with maple glaze and topped with maple bacon. It's just like eating a pancake only better!


I used this recipe for the cake. I filled my cups half-way and got 17 cuppies.

*maple glaze*
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter, softened
3-4 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, maple flavoring, butter and milk. Stir well until mixture has consistency of glaze.

OMG!
Before I read the post, I thought it was cornbread muffins with bacon gravy. This sounds just as yummy!

I usually hate maple flavoring but that looks seriously awesome. SO HONGRY

i think i got it at fresh market. although u maybe able to get it at joann's or michael's in the cake dept.
